Return Policy
At ADORNMENTS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a 2-day return and 7-day exchange policy.
If you receive a product in poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, we kindly request you to:

Refuse to accept the package and hand it back to the delivery agent.

Notify our team immediately at care@adornments.in with your Order ID.
We will ensure a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
If you wish to return a product simply because it didn’t meet your expectations, you can initiate a return request from your account. Use the same email ID that was used while placing the order to log in or create an account. After raising a return request, we will arrange a pickup directly from your doorstep.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Similar to the return process, log in or create an account using your registered email ID. After selecting the Exchange option, we will arrange the pickup from your location.

Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

If you wish to exchange a product for one of a higher value, we’ll issue a coupon code equivalent to the returned product’s value. This can be applied when placing your next order, and the difference can be paid at checkout.

If the product you’re exchanging for is of a lower value, we will ship the replacement and issue the balance amount as a credit note.

Exchange requests for exchanged products are not permitted.

Discounts are not applicable on exchange orders.

Unboxing Video: Always record a video of unboxing your ADORNMENTS package. In case of issues like missing items, incorrect products, or damage, this video will be crucial for assisting your return/exchange request.

Gift Boxes: Gift boxes are not eligible for return or exchange, but the jewelry inside them can be returned or exchanged.

Luxury Sets: Exchange or return requests for luxury sets must be raised within 24 hours of delivery due to their handcrafted nature. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Free Gifts: If an order is returned, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.

Offers: For promotional offers like Buy 2 Get 1, all items must be returned to process a return request. Partial returns are only eligible for exchange.
Self-Shipping Policy:
If pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may need to self-ship the product. Contact our care team for the return address and further guidance.

Return requests will not be processed via email, social media chats, or phone calls. Use the online return system only.

Refunds for returns are processed within 4-7 business days after the product has passed the quality check at our Kanpur warehouse.
